The divestment targets the coaching and scouting division originally operated under the Synergy Sports business unit.
Sportradar will retain key technology assets, including automated video production cameras, graphics, and computer vision capabilities.
The company stated that the divestment streamlines its overall corporate focus around core betting and gaming priorities.
Following the announcement, Sportradar's share price was down at $11.45.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
The retained competition management products will remain fully integrated into the existing core commercial offerings.
