Spire Global (NYSE:SPIR) successfully launched 10 satellites aboard SpaceX’s Transporter-17 rideshare mission, expanding its space-based data and intelligence capabilities.

The satellites were integrated by Germany-based launch services provider Exolaunch and included payloads for commercial customers and Spire’s own satellite constellation.

Two of the launched satellites were developed for GHGSat to support high-resolution greenhouse gas monitoring, particularly methane detection from space.

Spire Global has manufactured and operates seven satellites for GHGSat, supporting the company’s efforts to provide data for tracking and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The mission also included seven satellites for Spire Space Services customers and one satellite intended to replenish Spire’s existing constellation.

The launch supports Spire’s continued expansion of space-based data services across climate monitoring, intelligence, and commercial applications.
