
Spectrum Brands Holdings (NYSE:SPB) reported fiscal Q3 2026 net sales of $753.3 million, up 7.7%, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $158.3 million.
Sales increased from $699.6 million a year earlier, while the company swung to a $20.3 million continuing-operations net loss from $20.5 million of income.
Adjusted EBITDA excluding $60.6 million of tariff refunds rose 27.5% to $97.7 million, while Spectrum Brands now expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA excluding refunds to grow by mid-single digits.
Elsewhere, Home & Garden sales increased 19% to $225.2 million, Global Pet Care rose 3.3% to $263.7 million and Home & Personal Care increased 3.6% to $264.4 million.
Spectrum Brands ended the quarter with $258.9 million in cash, $633 million of debt and $374.1 million of net debt while continuing its company-wide ERP transition.
