Southern First Bancshares (NASDAQ:SFST) reported Q2 2026 net income of $11.2 million as total revenue increased 25% to $35.9 million.
Net income rose 70% from $6.6 million, while diluted EPS climbed 48% from $0.81 and edged above Q1’s $1.19.
Southern First raised $65.2 million by issuing 1.2 million shares and recorded a $1.0 million provision for credit losses.
Loans reached $4.03 billion, retail deposits rose to $3.56 billion and the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio increased to 12.82%.
