Gross profit reached $140 million, net income was $67 million, and adjusted EBITDA totaled $117 million, representing a 12.4% margin during the quarter.
For the first six months of 2026, revenue increased 72% to $1.63 billion, while net income reached $39 million, supported by higher operating income and lower interest expense, partly offset by non-cash IPO-related charges.
The company reported a backlog of approximately $8.9 billion as of June 30, 2026, up 44% year over year, with more than 23 GW of solar assets under operations and maintenance contracts.
SOLV Energy provides engineering, procurement, construction, and operations and maintenance services for utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects.
The company completed its $40.9 million acquisition of Roberson Waite Electric on July 1, 2026, with potential additional earn-out payments of up to $9 million, and increased its full-year 2026 revenue and Adjusted EBITDA guidance.
