Solstice declares $0.075 quarterly dividend payment

Solstice Advanced Materials (NASDAQ:SOLS) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.075 per common share, payable on September 10, 2026.

The payment matches the $0.075 quarterly dividend distributed in June and the company’s first dividend paid in March.

Shareholders must own Solstice shares by the close of business on August 27 to qualify for the September payment.

The quarterly distribution represents an annualised dividend rate of $0.30 per share if the payment remains unchanged for four quarters.

Following the announcement, Solstice Advanced Materials' share price was down 4.52% at $58.24.

Solstice recently agreed to acquire Element Solutions (NYSE:ESI) for approximately $14.5 billion, with closing targeted for the first half of 2027.

Solstice reported first-quarter sales of $991 million and operating cash flow of $199 million while reaffirming its full-year 2026 guidance.
