Six Flags Entertainment (NYSE:FUN) reported Q2 2026 net revenue of $865 million and a net loss attributable to the company of $203 million.

Revenue declined 7% from $930 million, while the net loss widened from $100 million as the company operated fewer parks and operating days.

Reported adjusted EBITDA remained unchanged at $243 million, while same-park adjusted EBITDA increased 7% to $249 million.

Reported attendance declined 7% to 13.1 million visits, but same-park attendance rose 4% and per-capita spending increased 1% to $62.89.

Same-park revenue increased 2.4% to $864 million.

Six Flags completed the sale of six United States parks to EPR Properties in April, reducing its reported operating footprint for the quarter.

The company entered 2026 focused on increasing attendance and guest spending while lowering costs and concentrating investment on its remaining park portfolio.
