Similarweb (NYSE:SMWB) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $77.2 million, up 9% year-over-year, while the company surpassed $300 million in annual recurring revenue during June.
The company’s GAAP operating results improved to a $0.7 million profit from a $6.9 million loss a year earlier, while non-GAAP operating profit increased to $6.5 million.
Similarweb reported GAAP net loss of $3.6 million, compared with a loss of $11.8 million in Q2 2025, while non-GAAP net income reached $5.2 million and non-GAAP diluted EPS was $0.06.
Following the announcement, the Similarweb share price was unchanged at $10.42.
The company reported that customers with annual recurring revenue of at least $100,000 increased 9% year-over-year to 473, contributing 69% of total ARR as of June 30, 2026.
Similarweb’s overall net retention rate was 100% in Q2 2026, while customers with ARR above $100,000 recorded a net retention rate of 107%, and remaining performance obligations increased 26% to $345.3 million.
Similarweb signed three multi-year enterprise contracts during the quarter worth about $60 million combined, expanded AI-related data partnerships, and reported operating cash flow of $9 million and free cash flow of $8.7 million.
