Silicon Labs second quarter revenue reaches $228M, up 18%

Silicon Labs (NASDAQ:SLAB) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $228 million, up 18% year over year, with medical applications growing 78%.

Revenue increased from $192.8 million a year earlier and slightly exceeded the $227.99 million consensus, while non-GAAP EPS of $0.71 topped the $0.69 estimate.

GAAP operating loss narrowed to $11 million, while GAAP gross margin reached 61.6% and non-GAAP operating income increased to $27 million.

Industrial & Commercial revenue rose 23% to $135 million, Home & Life increased 12% to $93 million and cash totaled $362.2 million.

Meanwhile, Texas Instruments agreed in February to acquire Silicon Labs for $231 per share in cash, valuing the transaction at about $7.5 billion and prompting Silicon Labs to suspend guidance.
