Sidus Space (NASDAQ:SIDU), a space technology company focused on satellite manufacturing, deployment, and data services, reported its full-year 2025 financial results and provided business updates on April 1, 2026.

Total revenue for the year was approximately $3.4 million, a decline of roughly 28% from the prior year.

Cost of revenue increased to $9.1 million, primarily driven by higher depreciation expenses associated with the expansion of the LizzieSat satellite fleet.

While the company recorded a net loss of $29.5 million, cash and cash equivalents rose to $43.2 million following equity financing activities.

Key operational milestones included the successful launch of LizzieSat-3, the demonstration of on-orbit AI processing capabilities, and expansion of its manufacturing agreement with Lonestar to a total contracted value of $120 million.

Sidus Space also secured a ten-year MDA SHIELD indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $151 billion.
