Sibanye Stillwater (NYSE:SBSW) reported record first-half 2026 revenue of R90 billion (US$5.5 billion), up 64% year over year, with adjusted EBITDA rising to R31.8 billion.
The company’s financial improvement was supported by stable operational performance and stronger commodity prices, with profit reaching R18.8 billion compared with the prior-year period.
Sibanye Stillwater generated R19.6 billion in net cash from operating activities, reduced gross debt by 20% year over year to R32.1 billion, and declared an interim dividend of R5.7 billion.
The company reported strong operating margins across its South African portfolio.
Sibanye Stillwater operates mining and processing assets focused on platinum group metals, gold, lithium, and other mineral resources.
The company is advancing growth projects including Burnstone gold, Mt Lyell copper, South African PGM brownfield projects, and the Keliber lithium operation.
