Shell (NYSE:SHEL) confirmed euro and pound sterling equivalents for its second quarter 2026 interim dividend, with shareholders receiving the previously announced US$0.3906 per ordinary share in their selected currency.

The company announced the dividend in US dollars before providing converted amounts for shareholders who elected euros or pounds sterling by August 28, 2026, following the company’s currency election process.

The euro and pound sterling amounts were calculated using average market exchange rates from September 2–4, 2026, with Euroclear Nederland holders receiving euros if no valid currency election was submitted.

The dividend will be paid on September 21, 2026, to shareholders listed on the register as of August 14, 2026, following Shell’s currency conversion process.

Shell issues dividends as part of its shareholder return framework while operating across integrated gas, oil products, chemicals, and renewable energy businesses globally.
