
SFL posts higher quarterly revenue of $201 million

- The company posted net income of $34 million, or $0.25 per share, and declared its 90th consecutive quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share.
- SFL expanded its fleet commitments through new PCTC vessel charters and raised $100 million in new equity.
SFL (NYSE:SFL) reported preliminary second-quarter 2026 operating revenues of $201 million, adjusted EBITDA of $130 million, and net income of $34 million, or $0.25 per share.
The companyโs results included an $8 million contribution from associated companies, while SFL stated that the quarter benefited from stronger activity from two Suezmax tankers operating in the spot market and new long-term vessel charters.
Meanwhile, SFL secured new long-term charters for PCTC vessels SFL Composer and SFL Conductor, placed an order for four newbuild PCTC vessels linked to long-term time charters, and raised $100 million in new equity.
The board also declared SFLโs 90th consecutive quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share, payable on or around September 22, 2026, with a record and ex-dividend date of September 9, 2026.
SFL operates a diversified shipping fleet across multiple vessel segments and stated that it will host a Q2 2026 webcast to discuss its financial results and business developments.
