Senstar reported operating income of $0.3 million compared with $1 million in Q2 2025, as operating expenses increased 18% to $6.4 million due mainly to higher R&D spending and costs related to the Blickfeld acquisition.
The company reported net income of $0.4 million, or $0.02 per share, compared with $1.2 million, or $0.05 per share, in the prior-year quarter, while EBITDA declined to $0.6 million from $1.1 million.
Senstar ended June 30, 2026 with $8 million in cash and short-term deposits and no debt, compared with $22.5 million in cash and deposits at December 31, 2025.
