SelectQuote (NYSE:SLQT) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $321.7 million, with adjusted EBITDA of $11.9 million, while providing fiscal 2027 guidance for revenue between $1.35 billion and $1.45 billion.

The company’s quarterly revenue declined from $345.1 million in Q4 fiscal 2025, while adjusted EBITDA increased from $2.7 million and operating cash usage improved to $3.3 million from $37.5 million.

SelectQuote reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $16.8 million compared with net income of $12.9 million in the prior-year period, while segment results included Senior revenue of $72.5 million, Healthcare Services revenue of $193.5 million, and Life revenue of $47.9 million.

The Senior segment reported adjusted EBITDA of $8 million and 72,180 approved Medicare Advantage policies, while Healthcare Services delivered adjusted EBITDA of $12.1 million with 109,039 SelectRx members.

SelectQuote expects fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.35 billion to $1.45 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $90 million to $115 million, and operating cash flow above $60 million.

For fiscal 2026, SelectQuote reported revenue of $1.6 billion, net income of $62.2 million, adjusted EBITDA of $109.1 million, and operating cash flow of $31.9 million.
