SAIC (NASDAQ:SAIC) reported fiscal second quarter 2027 revenue of $1.88 billion, up about 6% year over year, including 5.3% organic growth and approximately $20 million from the SilverEdge acquisition.
The results included operating income of $152 million with an 8.1% margin, while adjusted EBITDA reached $193 million, representing 10.3% of revenue, as the company continued expanding government services contracts.
SAIC reported net income of $102 million, down 20% year over year, with diluted earnings per share of $2.38 and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $3.01, while operating cash flow reached $146 million and free cash flow totaled $131 million.
