  • Safe Pro Group (NASDAQ) expects third-quarter 2026 revenue to exceed $2.5 million, up more than 2,300% year over year.
  • Nine-month revenue is expected to exceed $5 million, representing growth of more than 1,200%.
  • The increase was driven by multiple U.S. government subcontract awards, including defense and Ukraine-related demining work.

Safe Pro Group (NASDAQ) expects third-quarter 2026 revenue to exceed $2.5 million, representing growth of more than 2,300% from $101,422 in the same quarter a year earlier.

The preliminary estimate also represents approximately 88% sequential growth.

The figures are unaudited and remain subject to the company's quarterly closing and review process.

Safe Pro expects revenue for the first nine months of 2026 to exceed $5 million, compared with $378,977 during the same period in 2025.

That would represent year-over-year growth of more than 1,200%.

The company attributed the increase primarily to multiple U.S. government subcontract awards.

Year-to-date awarded contracts have exceeded $5 million.

Third-quarter deliveries included work under a $1.3 million subcontract with a defense prime contractor and a $780,000 U.S. Army award.

Safe Pro also has a subcontract with the U.S. Department of State covering AI-powered demining software for Ukraine.

The company said it maintains cash reserves and has no long-term debt.

As contract execution increases, Safe Pro expects accounts receivable to rise, while collections are expected to support operations and continued technology development through 2027.

The company noted that the timing of collections remains subject to government payment processes.

Safe Pro's preliminary revenue outlook highlights the rapid increase in activity following its government contract awards, although the reported figures remain unaudited and could change following the completion of the quarter-end review.
