Sabine Royalty Trust (NYSE:SBR) declared a monthly cash distribution of $0.331680 per unit, payable on September 29, 2026, to holders of record as of September 15, 2026.

The distribution reflects primarily June 2026 oil production and May 2026 gas production, with preliminary volumes of 39,647 barrels of oil and 1,094,091 Mcf of gas.

The company reported average oil prices of $79.10 per barrel and gas prices of $2.33 per Mcf, while stating that lower oil volumes, gas volumes, and oil prices contributed to a reduced payout compared with the previous month.

Sabine Royalty Trust reported that approximately $199,000 of August revenue will be recorded in the following month, while about $1.141 million in revenue has been received since the end of August.
