Ryder System (NYSE:R) reported second-quarter revenue of $3.35 billion, up 5%, while comparable EPS increased 12% to $3.73.

Revenue exceeded the $3.30 billion analyst estimate, while comparable EPS was slightly above the expected $3.71.

Fleet Management Solutions pre-tax earnings rose 20% to $150 million, while Supply Chain Solutions and Dedicated Transportation Solutions earnings declined.

Following the announcement, Ryder's share price had no verified post-release move and was last quoted at $276.37.

Ryder said contractual sales remained strong, used-vehicle conditions improved and rental-fleet utilization increased to 75% from 70%.

Ryder raised its 2026 comparable EPS forecast to $14.40–$14.80 while maintaining free-cash-flow guidance of $700 million–$800 million.
