
RPM sales reach record $2.23 billion

RPM International (NYSE:RPM) reported record fourth-quarter sales of $2.23 billion, up 7.2%, with adjusted EPS reaching $1.89.
A year earlier, RPM generated $2.08 billion in quarterly sales and adjusted EPS of $1.72.
Fiscal 2026 sales increased 6.7% to $7.86 billion, while adjusted EBIT rose 4.4% to $1.02 billion.
Fourth-quarter net income was $221.2 million, while the board increased RPM’s share-repurchase authorization by $700 million.
RPM said fiscal 2027 sales could increase 3%–7%, while adjusted EBITDA is expected to grow 5%–10%.
Meanwhile, RPM completed its Kalzip acquisition in April and will outline its next operating-improvement plan at a November 9 investor day.
