Atlanta-based RPC (NYSE:RES), a leading provider of oilfield services, reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.

Fourth-quarter revenue totaled $425.8 million, declining 5% sequentially.

Full-year revenue reached $1.626 billion, increasing 15% year-over-year, primarily driven by the April 1, 2025 acquisition of Pintail Completions.

Fourth-quarter net loss was $3.1 million, or $0.02 per share.

Full-year net income was $32.1 million, down 65% from the prior year.

Adjusted EBITDA for the year was $232.7 million, with margin compression partly attributable to a change in accounting for expensing wireline cables, which reduced fourth-quarter EBITDA by approximately $4.6 million.
