Royal Caribbean Group (NYSE:RCL) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $4.8 billion, up 6% year over year, with net income of $1.1 billion and diluted earnings of $4.20 per share.

Adjusted earnings reached $4.21 per share and adjusted EBITDA was $1.8 billion, with both measures coming in above the company’s previous guidance.

Royal Caribbean said the stronger-than-expected quarter supported an increase in its full-year adjusted earnings outlook.

The company carried 2.4 million guests during the quarter, while capacity increased 5% and load factor reached 110%.

Royal Caribbean raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance to between $17.73 and $17.87 per share, while liquidity stood at $6.9 billion and the company returned more than $600 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.

Royal Caribbean operates a global cruise portfolio that includes Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea, serving leisure travellers across international markets.

The company now expects full-year revenue growth of 9%, reported net yield growth of up to 2.85% and net cruise costs excluding fuel per available passenger cruise day to increase about 0.4% as reported and remain roughly flat in constant currency.
