This represents a 9 percent increase year over year, driven by a solid 5 percent organic growth rate and a 3 percent contribution from acquisitions.

The diversified technology company posted GAAP diluted earnings per share of $11.62, a 233 percent increase from the prior year, primarily reflecting equity investment gains.

Adjusted diluted EPS increased 10 percent to $5.38.

Management noted that non-GAAP results exclude impacts from its minority investment in Indicor.

Following the earnings announcement, Roper Technologies' share price traded near $358.88.

The business demonstrated strong cash generation during the quarter.

GAAP operating cash flow grew 16 percent to $469 million, while adjusted free cash flow rose 11 percent to $447 million.

Over the last three quarters, the company has repurchased a total of 9 million shares for $3.2 billion.

Reflecting confidence in continued operational strength, management raised its full-year 2026 forward guidance.

Roper now expects adjusted DEPS of $22.15 to $22.30.

The updated outlook is based on projected total revenue growth of more than 8 percent and expected organic growth of approximately 6 percent for the year.

For the third quarter of 2026, adjusted DEPS is expected to range between $5.75 and $5.80.
