
Ridgepost Capital (NYSE:RPC) reported second-quarter revenue of $80.9 million, up 11%, as assets under management surpassed $50 billion.
Fee-paying AUM increased 19% to $34.3 billion, compared with $28.9 billion one year earlier.
GAAP net income doubled to $8.5 million, while adjusted net income rose 6% to $28.5 million.
Ridgepost also completed the Stellus acquisition on June 22, adding a direct lender with approximately $3.8 billion in AUM.
The company also declared a $0.04 dividend and reported $474 million in debt after making a $20 million post-quarter repayment.
