Rezolve Ai projects strong 2025 revenue and ARR growth, maintains 2026 targets
Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ:RZLV) expects to exceed $17 million in revenue for December 2025, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) set to surpass $200 million by year-end.
The preliminary, unaudited figures show solid growth, driven by its expanding enterprise customer base and robust platform engagement, which includes over 51 billion API calls and more than 340 million unique mobile users.
The company also anticipates a GAAP net loss for the period, primarily due to non-cash items and one-time costs, but expects to report positive adjusted EBITDA, reflecting operational efficiencies and strong recurring revenue growth.
Rezolve Ai also reaffirmed its guidance to exit 2026 with an ARR of over $500 million, citing its ongoing customer expansion and increasing demand for its platform.
The company now serves over 650 enterprise customers, positioning itself for further scale and market penetration.
