RenX Enterprises (NASDAQ:RENX) announced today that it expects to report consolidated revenue in excess of $3.5 million for the first quarter of 2026.

The preliminary figure represents meaningful sequential growth compared to the fourth quarter of 2025, driven by a simultaneous ramp-up in the company’s biomass recycling and specialized logistics segments.

The anticipated revenue growth is anchored by stronger material sales at the company’s 80-acre organics processing facility in Myakka City, Florida.

Demand for processed mulch, compost, and engineered soil products has seen a steady uptick as RenX scales its production of high-value, specification-defined substrates.

Complementing this growth, the company's logistics arm, Zimmer Equipment, is expected to report a significant increase in revenue fueled by improved route utilization and expanded hauling activity across its organic waste transportation network.

A key catalyst for the company’s 2026 outlook is the Microtec UTM 1200 Turbo Mill.

RenX confirmed that manufacturing of the precision milling system was completed in Germany during the first quarter.

The unit is expected to ship in April 2026, with Phase 1 deployment at the Myakka City site targeted for later this year.

Management believes the Microtec system will fundamentally improve the facility's economics by converting lower-margin biomass into premium fine-grade substrates, potentially driving gross margins toward 60% as the system reaches full capacity.
