The company reported consolidated same-store sales growth of 0.1% and Supercuts same-store sales growth of 2.6% during the quarter.

Regis reported fourth quarter adjusted net income of $3 million, adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.04, and adjusted EBITDA of $9.2 million compared with $9.7 million in the prior-year period.

The company reported net income of $4.4 million compared with $116.5 million in the previous fourth quarter, with diluted EPS of $1.51 compared with $42.58.

Regis Corporation operates haircare businesses, including Supercuts and other salon brands serving customers through its franchise and company-operated locations.
