Reddit second quarter revenue rockets higher to $805 Million

Reddit (NYSE:RDDT) announced second-quarter 2026 revenue of $805 million, up 61% year over year, as advertising revenue growth supported higher financial results.

Net income increased to $253 million from $89 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to $343 million from $167 million.

“ In an increasingly automated web, the value of real human perspective has never been higher. Reddit’s commercial momentum reflects that,” said Reddit Founder and Chief Executive Officer Steve Huffman.

Advertising revenue increased 64% to $762 million, while other revenue rose 24% to $43 million, and gross margin improved to 91.3% from 90.8%.

Reddit also reported higher earnings and cash generation during the quarter.

Operating cash flow increased to $262 million, while free cash flow reached $261 million, both more than doubling year over year.

Elsewhere, Reddit repurchased 1.5 million shares of Class A common stock during the quarter for $235 million at an average price of $157.57 per share as the company continued its capital allocation activities.
