Quest Diagnostics revenue expands 10.2% to $3.04 billion

Quest Diagnostics (NYSE:DGX) reported second-quarter revenue of $3.04 billion, up 10.2%, as diagnostic-testing volumes increased across its customer channels.

Revenue rose from $2.76 billion and exceeded the $2.97 billion analyst consensus, while adjusted EPS of $3.12 topped the $2.82 estimate.

Requisition volume rose 13.1%, revenue per requisition fell 2.8%, and operating cash flow increased 9.7% to $597 million.

Following the announcement, Quest Diagnostics's share price was up 1.7% at $209.83 in premarket trading.

Diagnostic Information Services revenue increased 10.3% to $2.98 billion, supported by physician, hospital, consumer and advanced-diagnostics demand.

Looking ahead, Quest Diagnostics raised its 2026 revenue forecast to $11.95 billion–$12.05 billion and adjusted EPS guidance to $11.05–$11.25.
