Quantum Corp. projects Q4 revenue to exceed guidance high end
Quantum Corp. (NASDAQ:QMCO) announced select preliminary, unaudited financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter of 2026, highlighted by total revenue that is expected to come in significantly ahead of the company's previously issued guidance range.
The data storage and management technology provider expects to report revenue of approximately $77.5 million, plus or minus $2 million, for the three-month period ended March 31, 2026.
The projected performance places the top-line results comfortably above the high end of the company’s original guidance, which had forecast quarterly revenue at $68 million, plus or minus $2 million.
In addition to the revenue beat, Quantum provided baseline metrics regarding its cost structure and balance sheet strength for the close of the fiscal year.
The company expects GAAP operating expenses to come in at approximately $30.5 million for the fourth quarter.
Total cash and cash equivalents are anticipated to be roughly $15.5 million at the conclusion of the period.
Management noted that these figures are preliminary and based on initial internal calculations, as the company completes its standard year-end financial closing and auditing procedures.
