Qnity Electronics (NYSE:Q) reported second-quarter net sales of $1.429 billion, up 22%, while adjusted operating EBITDA reached $431 million.

Revenue exceeded the $1.36 billion analyst estimate, while adjusted EPS of $1.19 topped the $1.07 forecast.

GAAP net income fell 31% to $136 million, while adjusted earnings rose 53% to $250 million and adjusted EPS increased to $1.19.

Following the announcement, Qnity's share price was up 10% at $147.19 in premarket trading.

Semiconductor Technologies sales increased 16% to $744 million, while Interconnect Solutions revenue climbed 30% to $685 million.

Looking ahead, Qnity raised its 2026 outlook to $5.55–$5.65 billion in sales, $1.675–$1.725 billion in adjusted operating EBITDA and adjusted EPS of $4.40–$4.60.
