Pyxis Tankers (NASDAQ:PXS) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $12.1 million, up 32.6% year over year, with net income attributable to common shareholders of $2.8 million compared with a $2 million loss in the prior-year period.
The results reflected higher shipping earnings, with time charter equivalent revenue increasing 30.4% to $11.5 million as fleet performance improved across tanker and dry bulk operations.
For the second quarter, MR tanker TCE averaged $21,899 per day and dry bulk TCE averaged $20,245 per day, while total fleet TCE reached $21,075 per day and adjusted EBITDA increased to $6.5 million from $1.2 million.
Pyxis Tankers reported approximately $103 million in liquidity at quarter-end and said about 87% of available Q3 2026 fleet days were contracted at an estimated average TCE of approximately $22,250 per day.
Pyxis Tankers operates a fleet of maritime vessels focused on product tanker and dry bulk shipping markets.
