Powerlaw (NASDAQ:PWRL) reported a sequential increase in its monthly net asset value, driven by positive valuation updates across its investment portfolio as of the end of May.

The San Francisco-based closed-end fund, which is advised by Powerlaw Fund Adviser, announced that its unaudited net asset value (NAV) reached $15.31 per share at the close of business on May 31, 2026.

The newly released figure marks a 9.6% expansion compared to the fund’s prior NAV per share of $13.97, which was calculated earlier in the month on May 13, 2026.

The monthly upward valuation adjustment brings Powerlaw’s total net asset value to $662 million at the conclusion of the period.

The fund, which trades publicly on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol PWRL, is structured to offer everyday market participants diversified exposure to late-stage private technology companies through a single liquid security.
