  • Polyrizon (NASDAQ:PLRZ) completed biocompatibility testing for its NASARIX™ Allergy Blocker nasal spray.
  • All biological safety tests met predefined ISO 10993 and FDA-aligned criteria.
  • The results support progression toward first-in-human clinical trials and potential commercialization.

Polyrizon (NASDAQ:PLRZ) said it has completed the biocompatibility evaluation program for its NASARIX™ Allergy Blocker nasal spray.

The company said all required biological safety tests met predefined acceptance criteria under ISO 10993 and FDA-guided standards.

The results strengthen the product’s non-clinical safety package as it moves toward early-stage human clinical trials.

Polyrizon said the data supports advancement toward a first-in-human study and potential future commercialization.

NASARIX is being developed as a nasal spray intended to block allergens at the point of entry.

The company said completing the safety program is a key regulatory step before clinical testing begins.
