The company’s full-year fiscal 2026 results showed net sales growth of 7.2% to $67.8 billion, while gross profit increased 9.1% to $8.1 billion.
Performance Food Group reported fourth-quarter net income of $162.3 million, adjusted EBITDA of $587.5 million, diluted EPS of $1.03, and adjusted diluted EPS of $1.59.
The company reported full-year net income of $359.3 million, adjusted EBITDA of $1.93 billion, operating cash flow of $1.41 billion, and free cash flow of $1.03 billion.
Independent Foodservice remained a growth area, with fourth-quarter total Independent Foodservice case volume increasing 8% and organic Independent Foodservice case volume increasing 5.8%.
