The Baltimore-based company provides assessment program management services, including testing delivery, reporting and certification support for testing and credentialing organizations.
The acquisition expands Pearson’s professional assessment services with enterprise capabilities including remote testing and proctoring, performance-based assessment and continuous certification programs.
Pearson provides education, learning and assessment services worldwide, including professional testing and credentialing solutions through Pearson Professional Assessments.
The company said the acquisition supports its assessment strategy and expands its role in verified skills infrastructure, while ITS highlighted a shared focus on AI-enabled assessment and assessment integrity.
