PDD Holdings (NASDAQ:PDD) reported Q2 2026 revenue of RMB112.4 billion (US$16.6 billion), up 8% year-over-year, supported mainly by higher transaction services revenue.
Transaction services revenue increased 13% to RMB54.7 billion, while online marketing services and other revenue reached RMB57.6 billion, slightly above the prior-year quarter.
Total costs of revenues reached RMB48 billion, while operating expenses increased 13% to RMB36.6 billion due mainly to higher sales and marketing, general and administrative, and research and development expenses.
PDD Holdings reported operating profit of RMB27.8 billion, up 8% year-over-year.
Non-GAAP operating profit increased to RMB29.1 billion, while operating cash flow reached RMB25.7 billion during the quarter.
Net income attributable to ordinary shareholders declined 12% to RMB27.2 billion, with cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments totaling RMB456.4 billion as of June 30, 2026.
