Parsons Corporation (NYSE:PSN) announced today that it has been awarded a task order exceeding $100 million by Nammo to provide design, program, and construction management (PM/CM) services for a new rocket motor manufacturing facility in Perry, Florida.

This contract, which comprises a two-year construction period, will directly support the Department of War’s (DOW’s) Acquisition Transformation Strategy by expanding the United States’ munitions production capacity, strengthening supply chain resilience, and accelerating the delivery of critical capabilities to the warfighter.

This award further strengthens Parsons' position in managing complex military construction projects, including ammunition plants, arsenals, and depots.

Earlier this year, Nammo, a global aerospace and defense company, selected Parsons to assist in advancing the construction of the rocket motor facility.

Groundbreaking for the project occurred in October, marking a significant step toward expanding the U.S. munitions industrial base.

Nammo’s Perry site serves as a key center of excellence for munitions and pyrotechnic products, providing energetic systems to the DOW.
