Paramount second quarter revenue jumps 1% to $6.91 billion

Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ:PSKY) reported second-quarter revenue of $6.913 billion, up 1%, while adjusted EBITDA rose 27% to $1.099 billion.

Revenue increased from $6.849 billion, while net earnings fell to $41 million from $57 million and diluted EPS declined to $0.04.

Direct-to-consumer revenue rose 9% to $2.474 billion, Studios grew 16% to $1.314 billion and TV Media declined 9% to $3.128 billion.

Paramount raised 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $3.8–$3.9 billion.

Following the announcement, its share-price reaction was unavailable, with shares last up 1.3% at $8.33 before release.

Paramount said it expects its proposed Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition to close after receiving clearance or no challenge from authorities in 65 jurisdictions.
