Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ:PANW) reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $3.41 billion, up 34% year over year, with fiscal-year revenue reaching $11.48 billion.
The company’s Next-Generation Security ARR increased 63% to $9.10 billion, while remaining performance obligations grew 34% to $21.2 billion.
Palo Alto Networks reported fourth-quarter GAAP operating income of $172 million and a GAAP net loss of $282 million, while non-GAAP operating income reached $1.01 billion and non-GAAP net income totaled $853 million.
The company generated $1.4 billion in fourth-quarter operating cash flow and provided fiscal 2027 guidance for revenue of $14.10–$14.20 billion.
Palo Alto Networks provides cybersecurity platforms covering network security, cloud security, security operations, and artificial intelligence-based protection tools.
The company completed the acquisition of Console, an AI-native agentic workflow platform, to expand its Cortex security offering and expects fiscal 2027 adjusted free cash flow margin of 38%.
