Palatin reveals $13.2 million fiscal 2026 revenue

Palatin Technologies (NASDAQ:PTN) reported fiscal 2026 collaboration and license revenue of $13.2 million, compared with zero revenue in fiscal 2025.

The company said approximately $9.4 million of fiscal 2026 revenue came from Boehringer Ingelheim, while $3.8 million was non-cash license revenue recognized under an Altanispac Labs agreement.

Palatin reported a fiscal 2026 net loss of $8.4 million compared with $17.3 million in fiscal 2025, while operating expenses increased to $21.9 million from $17.5 million and cash totaled $7.5 million as of June 30, 2026.

Palatin Technologies develops peptide therapeutics, including programs targeting the melanocortin receptor system for obesity and other medical conditions.

The company said it is targeting Phase 1 studies of an injectable MC4R peptide in the first half of 2027 and an oral MC4R candidate in the second half of 2027, with planned data updates dependent on available funding.
