OSI Systems (NASDAQ:OSIS) received orders of approximately $7 million from a leading industrial controls original equipment manufacturer for electronic sub-assemblies.

The orders were awarded to OSI Systems’ Optoelectronics and Manufacturing division and will support the customer’s industrial control and monitoring platforms.

OSI Systems said the orders involve electronic sub-assemblies produced by its Optoelectronics and Manufacturing division, but did not disclose delivery timelines or additional contract details.

OSI Systems develops electronic systems and components serving markets including security inspection, healthcare, defense, aerospace, and industrial applications.

The company said the latest awards build on its existing customer relationship and support demand for industrial control and monitoring products.
