Share

Opera (NASDAQ:OPRA) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.40 per share for holders of its ordinary shares and American Depositary Shares (ADSs).

The dividend is scheduled to be distributed on or about July 14, 2026.

Investors must be registered shareholders of record by the close of business on July 7, 2026, to qualify for the payout.

Based on the company’s 89,552,967 ordinary shares outstanding as of March 31, 2026, the total aggregate payout is estimated at approximately $35.8 million.

However, Opera noted that the final aggregate cash amount will depend on the exact number of shares outstanding on the July record date.

This final figure will also account for any shares the company buys back leading up to that date under its active, ongoing share repurchase program.
