
Ondas to acquire DZYNE for $875.8 million

Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ:ONDS) said it has entered into an agreement to acquire DZYNE Technologies in a transaction valued at approximately $875.8 million in cash and stock.
The combined company will focus on autonomous defense systems across intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), counter-unmanned aerial systems (counter-UAS), and autonomous effects technologies.
The transaction will also establish a new Ondas Sentinel division to house the combined autonomous defense operations.
Ondas said the acquisition materially increases its 2026 revenue outlook to at least $525 million.
DZYNE develops autonomous systems and defense technologies used in military and security applications.
Ondas said the deal strengthens its position in rapidly growing autonomous defense markets driven by global security demand.
