Ondas order book surpasses $110M in second quarter amid defense surge
Ondas (NASDAQ:ONDS) secured more than $30 million in new contracts during May 2026, pushing its total second-quarter orders to date beyond $110 million.
The influx of bookings underscores accelerating marketplace demand for the company's automated security, defense, and uncrewed hardware platforms.
The recent contract awards span the company's primary operating branches, focusing heavily on mission-critical technologies for state and corporate security defense.
Management indicated that the new order volume supports its integrated growth strategy across multiple high-growth segments, including air defense, counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS), intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), and advanced robotic systems.
The company's commercial acceleration follows a record-setting first quarter of 2026, where Ondas generated $50.1 million in net revenue.
As of the end of the first quarter, the company’s proforma backlog stood at a robust $457 million, providing substantial near-term revenue visibility and validating its recent strategic mergers and infrastructure expansions.
