On Holding (NYSE:ONON) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of CHF850.3 million, up 13.5% year over year and 21.6% at constant currencies.

Direct-to-consumer sales rose 26%, or 34.3% at constant currencies, taking DTC to a second-quarter high of 45.7% of total sales.

Apparel sales increased 47.7%, while Asia-Pacific generated more than 20% of global revenue as Japan, South Korea and Greater China supported regional growth.

Gross margin increased 3.9 percentage points to 65.4%, while adjusted EBITDA reached CHF168.1 million with a margin of 19.8%.

Following the announcement, On Holding's share price was up about 3.4% at $38.78 in premarket trading.

Meanwhile, On started 2026 with first-quarter sales of CHF831.9 million, up 14.5%, while constant-currency revenue increased 26.4% and gross margin reached 64.2%.

Elsewhere, Co-founders David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti became co-CEOs in May as On continued expanding its retail network, product portfolio and direct consumer relationships.
