Ollie’s Bargain Outlet (NASDAQ:OLLI) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $741.3 million, up 9.1% year over year, while adjusted earnings increased as gross margin expanded.

Comparable store sales declined 1.8% during the quarter compared with a 5% increase in the prior-year period, while gross margin rose 360 basis points to 43.5% due partly to IEEPA tariff refunds.

Adjusted net income increased 40.3% to $85.4 million, or $1.42 per diluted share, while adjusted EBITDA reached $127.1 million, representing 17.1% of sales, and the company opened 15 stores during the quarter to reach 686 locations.

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet reduced fiscal 2026 net sales guidance to $2.928–$2.941 billion and comparable sales guidance to 0–0.5%, while raising expectations for gross margin, operating income, adjusted net income, EPS of $4.57–$4.65, and planned buybacks of about $175 million.

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet operates a chain of discount retail stores selling merchandise across categories including closeouts, excess inventory, and value-focused products.

The company ended the quarter with cash and investments of $507.1 million after repurchasing $84 million of stock during the period, while its Ollie’s Army loyalty program grew 12.7% to 18.1 million members.
