ODDITY Tech (NASDAQ:ODD) reported second quarter 2026 net revenue of $181 million, down 25% year over year, as adjusted EBITDA reached $13 million.
The company’s results reflected lower sales and profitability compared with the prior-year period, with net income declining to $13 million from $49 million and adjusted net income falling to $11 million from $57 million.
Gross profit declined to $124 million, gross margin decreased to 68.7% from 72.3%, and diluted earnings per share fell to $0.24 compared with the prior-year period.
The company ended the quarter with $561 million in cash, cash equivalents and investments, along with $350 million in undrawn credit facilities, while repurchasing $80 million of shares during the quarter.
ODDITY Tech operates digital-first beauty and wellness brands, including IL MAKIAGE, and uses technology-driven approaches for product discovery and customer engagement.
