Nutanix acquires Ryax AI platform company

Nutanix (NASDAQ:NTNX) acquired Ryax Technologies, a France-based AI-driven compute orchestration and management platform company, to expand its artificial intelligence infrastructure capabilities.

The acquisition adds Ryax’s technology for GPU utilization, resource optimization, and AI-aware scheduling to Nutanix’s existing hybrid cloud and AI platforms.

Nutanix plans to integrate Ryax capabilities into Nutanix Kubernetes Platform and Nutanix Enterprise AI, while noting that the financial impact of the transaction is not material.

Ryax provides software designed to automate infrastructure, data, hardware, and code management to help organizations move AI projects from development stages into production environments.

The Ryax team will join Nutanix in France as the company continues developing AI workload management solutions across private data centers, hyperscalers, and neocloud environments.
