
Novartis Q2 sales rise 3% to $14.4 billion

Novartis (NYSE:NVS) reported Q2 2026 net sales of $14.41 billion, up 3% in dollars and 1% at constant currencies.
Sales increased from $14.05 billion, while core operating income of $5.94 billion exceeded the $5.31 billion analyst estimate.
Operating income fell 2% to $4.75 billion, net income dropped 19% to $3.26 billion, and free cash flow declined 12% to $5.56 billion.
Following the announcement, Novartis' share price was up 2.18% at CHF 125.78 as the company reaffirmed its 2026 guidance.
Meanwhile, Novartis is focusing its investment on oncology, immunology, neuroscience, cardiovascular-renal-metabolic medicines, gene and cell therapy, radioligand therapy, and xRNA.
Recent moves include the $12 billion Avidity acquisition, the planned Myricx Bio purchase, Fabhalta approval, Rhapsido and Itvisma approvals, and del-zota’s FDA filing.
